I believe that healing begins when we feel seen, supported, and companioned through life's most difficult experiences. During my own journey through grief, I found comfort and inspiration in the words of poets, writers, and others who generously shared their wisdom. I have been a practicing artist for over 35 years. Following a significant personal loss and my own journey through grief, I felt called to serve others through grief coaching. Over the past four years, I have devoted myself to both my healing journey and professional training, earning certifications while learning firsthand the importance of compassionate support during one of life's most challenging experiences.
My artwork brings together my passion for creative expression and grief support. Each piece is a fiber collage created using my collection of abstract imagery, printed onto fiber and often enhanced with hand stitching.
